Return & Refund Policy

We take full responsibility over our posters. Therefore we offer our clients 100% return warranty. If by any reason you’re not pleased with your order, you can return it to us in 15 days.

Please note that we do not refund the postage cost and are unable to cover any return postage.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we canโ€™t accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Custom or personalised orders

The customer is responsible for all return costs. We suggest you to keep your receipt and your tracking reference until you receive confirmation that we have received your return.

If you would like to exchange a received product for something different, it is processed like a regular return. You send us the item you donโ€™t want and we will refund you. You can then proceed to place a new order with us.

We stand behind our products and are happy to assist with all cases of transport damage or defects. If your order arrived damaged, you do not need to return to us.

In the event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, we want to make it right as soon as possible. Please email the following information to

  • Email address that you used when placing the order
  • Order number
  • Customer name
  • Photo of damaged or incorrect item.
  • Photo of your package, if that is possible

If you paid for your order with a card, your refund will be issued back to the same card. We will refer you to Stripe if you have further questions regarding your refund. When we receive your return, your order total will be recalculated if you placed your order with a discount code or during a campaign period. If the terms of the campaign or discount aren’t met, we will deduct the discount from your refund.

We make every effort to issue your refund as soon as possible, and at the latest within 14 days. Please note that Weekend must have received your order return or a mailing receipt before we can issue a refund.
