We are based in London. We ship most orders from our warehouse based in London. We also have worldwide printing partners for some sizes.
If you haven’t received your order within the delivery time advertised, please first check if you have provided us with the correct information. If you have provided correct information, email to help@weekendposter.co.uk to contact our Customer Service no longer than 30 working days after the order was placed and we will help you.
If you have provided incorrect information such as address, email address or telephone number etc. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible so we can try to change your information before the order leaves our warehouse. Unfortunately if the incorrect information affects the delivery of your package and your order is already sent out before you contact our Customer Service, as a customer you’re responsible for the extra costs that may occur.
In the event that products are returned to us due to customer failing to pick up their package, we charge a £15 fee. This covers shipping to and from you, as well as handling and restocking of products.
The first attempt is always home delivery but if you’re not home the freight company will leave a note on your door with more information.
We utilize different shipping partners, depending on the size of your order. Orders shipped as regular lettermail UK 1st and 2nd class (Royal Mail) do not have tracking information.
All International orders have tracking information.
UK Tracked delivery will be tracked and will arrive the next day after date shipped (e.g Shipped 15th Jan – Delivered 16th Jan).
Please note some items may arrive separately.
We pack your order as soon as possible and ship it from our warehouse based in London. Delivery is normally within 3-7 business days from the order date. We aim to dispatch your order within one day of your order being placed, however please note that sometimes it can take 1-2 days extra due to delays in transit or if our warehouse has an unusually high volume of orders.

If the amount of the order is below £50 the costs for shipping will be £2.5 for UK and £5 for the rest of the world.
If the amount of the order is £50 and above, no shipping costs will be charged.
