First things first – double check your delivery info. A missing flat number or a rogue typo can send your package on a magical mystery tour.
If everything looks good but your order’s still MIA, email us at help@weekendposter.co.uk within 30 working days of your order. We’ll do some deep investigative work (mostly refreshing tracking pages).
If your order gets sent back to us because you didn’t collect it (hey, it happens), we’ll need to charge a £10 fee. That covers the round trip and our team’s therapy session.
Royal Mail will first try to deliver it to your door. If you’re out living your best life, they’ll leave you a note with next steps (not a love letter, sadly).

All international orders come with tracking, and our UK Tracked-24 means your order arrives the day after it ships.
Heads up: sometimes items arrive separately, but it’s not a breakup – just logistics.
We usually ship your order within 1 working day, but if there’s a high volume or a slow pigeon, it might take a day or two extra.
